At Wigenton Candle Co., each product and experience is intentionally crafted with care, quality, and wellness at the forefront. Due to the nature of our products and services, we maintain the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
All candle, home fragrance, and accessory sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Reed, car, or room diffusers

Limited edition or seasonal releases

Gifted or promotional items
Experiences & Workshops
All experiential offerings, including but not limited to Scent Discovery candle-making experiences, workshops, and events, are non-refundable.
In limited circumstances, store credit may be issued only as expressly outlined in the applicable experience Terms & Conditions. No refunds to original payment methods will be issued for experiential services.
Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
By completing a purchase with Wigenton Candle Co., LLC, the customer agrees to contact us directly at info@wigentoncandleco.com to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their financial institution. Wigenton Candle Co., LLC reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed in violation of this policy and to provide all booking confirmations, acknowledgments, and communications as evidence to the applicable payment network. Booking confirmation serves as the customer's acknowledgment of and agreement to this Refund Policy.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in packaging your order. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at info@wigentoncandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

Approved claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed.
Shipping & Environmental Conditions
Once an order has been marked as delivered, Wigenton Candle Co. is not responsible for damage caused by environmental conditions such as heat, cold, or extended exposure to the elements.
