Please read these terms and conditions carefully. This is a legal agreement between Wigenton Candle Co., and you, which governs the conditions of services rendered.
DIY Candle-Making or Wax Melting Workshop:
Conditions: As the purchaser(s) of the DIY Candle Making or Wax Melting Workshop, I understand it is my responsibility to acknowledge the applicable liability waiver by consenting to the terms and conditions.
*All participants 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
**The minimum participant age at an event is 10.
When Purchaser is Host: As the purchaser and host of this DIY Candle-Making or Wax Melting Workshop, I understand that it is my responsibility to inform each attendee of the DIY Candle-Making or Wax Melting Workshop of Wigenton Candle Co.’s Terms and Conditions which includes Conditions, Cancellations, and Late Policy. Waiver of Liability: Release Policy, Photo/Video consent, Photo/Video (minor) consent, Medical Attention, and Hazard Acknowledgment
As the purchaser of the DIY Candle-Making or Wax Melting Workshop, you have acknowledged that you have reviewed the entirety of our Terms and Conditions and Waiver of Liability (below for reference) and agreed to inform each attendee/guest of the terms mentioned in detail above.
Cancellations: Must be within 1 day before the event date to receive a deposit/guest refund. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to be credited depending on your banking policies. If cancellation occurs on the day of the event store credit by e-gift card will be issued.
Late Policy: If you or your party will be more than 10 minutes late please call Wigenton Candle Co., at 412-910-3911 to reschedule. We like to ensure everyone has a great experience while remaining mindful of everyone's time.
Discounts: Coupon codes are not valid on this product.
Private Candle-Making or Wax Melting Parties:
Conditions: Each private party must contain a 6 participant minimum/12 maximum with 7 days booking in advance. The host must provide a deposit to secure the requested date along with the contact details of each participant for Wigenton Candle Co. to invoice and acknowledge liability waivers by purchasing an event.

When Purchaser is Host: As the purchaser and host of this Private Candle-Making workshop or Wax Melting Parties, I understand that it is my responsibility to inform each attendee of my Private Candle-Making workshop or Wax Melting Parties of Wigenton Candle Co.’s Terms and Conditions which includes Conditions, Cancellations, and Late Policy. Waiver of Liability: Release Policy, Photo/Video consent, Photo/Video (minor) consent, Medical Attention, Hazard Acknowledgment, and Alcohol.

Cancellations: Must be within 3 days before the event date to receive a deposit/guest refund. Refunds can take 7-10 business days to be credited depending on your banking policies. If the host/guests cancel after 3 days but no later than the event date store credit by e-gift card will be issued. Cancellations received outside of the mentioned will not qualify for refunds or store credit unless determined by Wigenton Candle Co. management.

Wigenton Candle Co. Workshop Waiver of Liability:
(For any and all of Wigenton Candle Co. LLC, candle-making classes or private events)
RELEASE/WAIVER: I hereby agree to indemnify and hold Wigenton Candle Co., LLC, and its employees entirely free from any liability, against any and all claims for personal injuries or damages arising from participation (by myself, and or participating minor) in any candle-making workshop, classes, or private events. This includes financial responsibility for injuries incurred (by myself, and or participating minor) both on and off-premises of Wigenton Candle Co., LLC regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
PHOTO/VIDEO CONSENT: Wigenton Candle Co., LLC reserves the right to use photos, videos, and other media taken during classes, workshops, and other events for publicity materials and social media. Registration in candle-making classes and or private events gives Wigenton Candle Co., LLC permission to use those images without further consent or compensation.
PHOTO/VIDEO MINOR CONSENT: I hereby give permission for images of the minor, captured during candle/wax-making through video, photo, and digital camera, to be used solely for the purposes of Wigenton Candle Co., LLC promotional material and publications, and waive any rights of compensation or ownership thereto.
MEDICAL ATTENTION: I hereby acknowledge if an allergic reaction or skin irritation occurs (by myself, and or participating minor) from the fragrance oils and or materials exposed during or after the candle-making event, I hold harmless and release any, and all liability from Wigenton Candle Co., as well as any owners or employees of Wigenton Candle Co. for any condition or result, that may arise as a consequence of medical attention being required.
HAZARD ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I understand the risk involved as the nature of melted soy wax at high temperatures which may rise up to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and hot equipment including but not limited to hot glue and pouring pots, it is the responsibility of the acknowledged to ensure caution (by myself, and or participating minor). Wigenton Candle Co., LLC and its employees cannot accept liability for any personal injury or damages suffered related to or involving the premises of the event or participation in activities by Wigenton Candle Co., LLC. Every effort is made by Wigenton Candle Co., LLC, and its employees to ensure your safety while at the event premises and during the course of the workshop or private event.
ALCOHOL: If I am to consume alcohol, I agree that I am over the age of 21 and will drink responsibly and do so at my own risk. I affirm I have designated a driver or will call for transportation or a responsible driver in the event I am too impaired to drive. Wigenton Candle Co, will not provide alcohol however upon approval of management and the type of event BYOB will be approved. Wigenton Candle Co., holds the right to ask any participant for ID prior to entering the premises and if they are found under the age of 21 access will not be allowed and a refund for that individual will not be given.
I fully understand and acknowledge that the workshops and/or activities offered by Wigenton Candle Co., LLC may involve inherent risks, dangers, and hazards that may result in injury or illness (by myself, and or participating minor). I hereby agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend and indemnify Wigenton Candle Co., LLC, its managers, members, and employees from any and all claims, actions, or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, or otherwise, which may arise from (by myself, and or participating minor) in voluntary participation in any workshops or classes, resulting products from workshops or classes, or from use of equipment provided by Wigenton Candle Co., LLC. I accept full liability for the candles and/or wax melts made (by myself, and or participating minor) during the workshop which I acknowledge for.
