Celebrate with your favorite people in a fragrance-forward experience unlike anything else. Wigenton Candle Co. now welcomes private parties for our Scent Discovery Experience on Fridays and Saturdays.
Available Party Times
Scent Discovery Parties are available on Fridays and Saturdays from 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM.
Guests may arrive beginning at 6:15 PM to set up food, beverages, and personal décor items. Balloons are welcome — no confetti, please.
Party Capacity
Our experience accommodates up to 12 guests.
Please note: Event dates are not reserved until availability is confirmed, terms and conditions are signed, and the required deposit has been received.
Choose Your Experience
The Signature Scent Discovery Experience — $845 + tax
- Private use of our semi-private candle-making space for 2 hours
- Instructor-led Scent Discovery experience
- One custom candle per guest
- Guided fragrance blending
- Drinkware and bottle opener provided by Wigenton Candle Co.
The Signature Set Scent Discovery Experience — $1,085 + tax
Everything included in the Signature Experience, plus:
- One custom fragrance mist per guest
Optional Enhancement
Guests participating in the Signature Experience may add a custom fragrance mist during the event for $20 per person.

This is more than a candle-making event — it's a sensory experience. Your guests will explore fragrance families, discover scent preferences, and create custom products while enjoying meaningful time together.

Food & Beverage Guidelines
Guests are welcome to bring food and beverages to enjoy during the event.
Please note:
- All food must arrive fully prepared
- Cooking, food preparation, warming, or reheating that requires power is not permitted inside the studio
- No hard liquor is permitted
- Wine, beer, and ready-to-serve beverages are welcome
- Wigenton Candle Co. will provide drinkware and a bottle opener
Event Cleanup
Party hosts and guests are responsible for removing personal items, decorations, leftover food, and beverages at the conclusion of the event.
Wigenton Candle Co. staff are not responsible for:
- Serving food or beverages
- Monitoring food service
- Packing up leftover food or drinks
- Storing food, beverages, or personal belongings after the event
Important Timing Information
To ensure every guest receives the full Wigenton Experience, all events begin promptly at the scheduled start time.
Guests arriving after the start of the experience may miss a portion of the guided scent discovery and candle-making instruction. We recommend arriving between 6:15 PM and 6:30 PM to allow adequate time for setup and guest arrival.
How to Book
Ready to begin planning your private Scent Discovery Experience?
Click below to submit your event inquiry. Our team will review your preferred date, guest count, and experience selection and follow up to confirm availability.
Once availability is confirmed, you will receive our event agreement outlining all terms and conditions. A signed agreement is required before your event date can be reserved.
After the agreement is completed, an invoice for your non-refundable deposit will be issued. The remaining balance is due 7 calendar days prior to your event.
Events booked within 7 days of the event date require full payment at the time of booking.
