Simply log into your account and your available rewards will appear as a discount option online or through eligible in-store purchases.
Yes. Scent Rewards:
- Cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers
- May not be applied toward sale or discounted merchandise
- Non-transferable
- No cash value
Certain rewards may require a minimum qualifying purchase amount greater than the reward value.
At this time, Scent Points are earned only on qualifying retail merchandise purchases.
Scent Discovery experiences, and select special events are currently excluded from point earning and redemption.
Add birthday to your account profile and we'll send you a special birthday reward during your birthday celebration period.
To qualify for a birthday reward:
- Birthday must be added to account at least 30 days prior to birthday
- Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year
- When birthday is added less than 30 days before birthday, reward will apply to next birthday cycle
Birthday rewards expire 60 days after issuance.
Yes.
Unused Scent Points expire 1 year after they are earned.
Once points are redeemed into a reward, the reward must be used within 60 days.
No. Rewards and Scent Points cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards or e-gift cards.
Yes. Qualifying purchases made online and in-store are eligible for Scent Points when connected to your customer account.
