To qualify for a birthday reward:

• Birthday must be added to account at least 30 days prior to birthday
  
• Birthday rewards are issued once per calendar year
  
• When birthday is added less than 30 days before birthday, reward will apply to next birthday cycle
  

Birthday rewards expire 60 days after issuance.

Unused Scent Points expire 1 year after they are earned.

Once points are redeemed into a reward, the reward must be used within 60 days.

No. Rewards and Scent Points cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards or e-gift cards.

Yes. Qualifying purchases made online and in-store are eligible for Scent Points when connected to your customer account.
