General
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, experiences, and interactions with Wigenton Candle Co., LLC. These Terms apply in addition to any experience-specific terms, policies, or waivers issued by Wigenton Candle Co., LLC.
Final Sale Policy
Due to the handcrafted and consumable nature of our products:
All candle and product sales are final.
All Scent Discovery — Candle & Fragrance Experience bookings, workshops, and events are non-refundable.
Burned or used items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photo documentation.
Product Use & Safety
All products must be used according to the provided care instructions. Wigenton Candle Co., LLC is not responsible for misuse, improper burning, or failure to follow safety guidelines.
Intellectual Property
All scent names, experiences, frameworks, signage, content, and branding—including Scent Discovery — Candle & Fragrance Experience—are the intellectual property of Wigenton Candle Co., LLC.
Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Wigenton Candle Co., LLC shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or participation in experiences.
Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
Prior to initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or third-party claim, customers agree to contact Wigenton Candle Co., LLC directly at info@wigentoncandleco.com to allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter.
Wigenton Candle Co., LLC reserves the right to contest any chargeback and to submit booking records, confirmations, and policy acknowledgments as evidence to the applicable payment network. Completion of any purchase constitutes the customer's express authorization of the charge and acknowledgment of all applicable policies.
Force Majeure
Wigenton Candle Co., LLC shall not be liable for cancellations, delays, or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, venue closures, public health emergencies, or government-mandated restrictions. In such cases, store credit may be offered at management's discretion but is not guaranteed.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prince George's County, Maryland.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Updates
Wigenton Candle Co., LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance.
