About our Glowing Roles
Assistant Manager - This is not your average retail leadership role. As Assistant Manager, you’ll help oversee daily operations while also leading our signature DIY Candle-Making Bar and “Pour Decisions” weekend experiences—held every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You’ll blend hospitality and education with structure and style, ensuring every guest experience is welcoming, luxurious, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily store operations and team oversight

Lead guests through our DIY candle-making bar and weekend “Pour Decisions” experiences

Educate guests on scent pairing, clean candle benefits, and our product philosophy

Support merchandising, inventory, and visual displays

Ensure smooth daily flow with opening/closing responsibilities

Cultivate a team culture of service, creativity, and excellence
We’d Love to Meet You If You:

Have 2+ years of leadership or experiential retail experience

Are passionate about scent, wellness, and storytelling through product

Are confident leading small group activities or events

Thrive in fast-paced, guest-centered environments

Are available weekends and eager to help launch something special
Scentologist - As our Scentologist, and Scent Guide to creating unforgettable scented memories." you’ll lead day-to-day retail operations and oversee our interactive DIY Candle-Making Bar and signature “Pour Decisions” experiences every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. You’re part of a team that curates' meaningful and memorable moments.
What You’ll Do:

Support daily store operations with a service-focused oversight

Guide guests through the DIY candle-making process with poise and hospitality

Support weekend “Pour Decisions” events with structure, style, and brand storytelling

Educate customers on scent profiles, mood pairings, and our clean fragrance philosophy

Ensure the store is welcoming, visually polished, and flowing smoothly

Work closely with leadership to inspire and motivate the retail team
You’re a Great Fit If You:

Have 2+ years of experience in retail leadership, customer experience, or event hosting
-
Are passionate about fragrance, wellness, and elevated retail
-
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills

Thrive in a hands-on, guest-first environment

Can work weekends and are excited to help bring this experience to life
